Event Center Rental Information
Host Your Next Event at the Rajah Shrine Event Center!
Let us help make your special occasion unforgettable. Our spacious event center is perfect for banquets, weddings, parties, corporate meetings, and more. Flexible rental options and professional staff ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
Rental Packages & Fees
- Booking Fee: 50% of total rental fee (due at signing, non-refundable unless facility is rebooked)
- Banquet Hall Rental: $1,000 (Non-profit: $500)
- Pavilion Rental: $500 (Non-profit: $250)
- Gazebo Rental: $75
- Kitchen Rental: $200 (Approved caterer only – kitchen for dishwashing, no cooking/heating)
Additional Charges
- Decorate the prior day: $150 for 3 hours
- Extra set-up/tear down: $15 per hour
- Dance floor setup: $100
- Extra janitorial cleanup: $150 flat fee
- Overtime: $20 per hour per person
Beverage Services
- Soda/Water: $5 per person (includes cups)
- ¼ Barrel Beer: Market Value
- ½ Barrel Beer: Market Value
- Bartender (less than 100 guests): $75 for 5 hours
- Bartenders (2, more than 100 guests): $75 for 5 hours each
- Mixed Drinks (open bar): $5 per drink
Catering & Vendors
- Caterer fee: Separate cost, approved caterer required
- Caterer liability insurance required
General Terms
- All payments must be made in full 14 days prior to event
- Required insurance: $1 million per event
- 6% taxes apply
- No “after party” permitted; all guests must leave after the event except for cleanup personnel
- All decorations and displays must be pre-approved and comply with facility guidelines
- Alcoholic beverages must be provided by Rajah Shrine per PLCB laws
- Full compliance with ADA and all applicable laws
