This is a new issuance of an organizational license plate and Pennsylvania
Department of Transportation (PennDOT) requires that a minimum of
300 plates be ordered for the first issue. After the first 300
plates are offered, members can obtain plates directly from Harrisburg.

| Until we have achieved a total of 300 requests, all requests for
Shriners License plates must be sent to the Chairman of the Pennsylvania
Shriners License Plate Program. |
Send Completed PennDOT form MV904SO and a
$20.00 check made out to Syria Shriners to:
