| Dear Nobles, Ladies, and Friends of Rajah Shrine, |

| As we set sail into a new year, I would like to take this
opportunity to sincerely thank the Nobility for granting me the
distinguished honor of serving as Potentate of Rajah Shrine for 2012. |
| |
| On behalf of the Board of Directors I would like to thank
all the Nobles and Ladies for their past support of Rajah Shrine and look
forward to their continued support in the future. |
| |
| My theme this year is “Tacking into the Future…we ALWAYS
have time for Kids”. Tacking a sailing term is a maneuver that allows you to
sail a course into the wind. As we sail into the wind at Rajah we may find
it necessary to change the way we do some things in order to maintain our
course in keeping Rajah a great Shrine. |

| The 50th Annual Rajah Shrine Circus is just around the
corner. This year the Circus will be held from Wednesday, March 7th thru
Sunday March 11th at the Hamburg Field House. Your Circus Committee, led by
Clyde R. Geist, PP, is working hard to produce a new and exciting Circus
that we all can be proud of. We will need each and every noble and their
Ladies to help make this Circus a success. Invite your neighbors and friends
to come out and enjoy our Rajah Circus. Be a “Circus Daddy” and put a smile
on the face of a child. |

| This year promises to be an exciting and challenging year.
Our focus needs to center on increasing our membership and expanding our
Temple. As we grow and expand our Temple, we will also strengthen our
Shriners Hospital. |
