Dear Nobles,

It is indeed an honor to be elected to serve as Potentate of Rajah Shrine for 2008. Note I use the word serve, as I fully understand to be an effective leader I also need to understand how to be of service to Rajah Shrine and its membership.

I believe Rajah Shrine will move forward in the next few years as all your line officers agree that membership is one of our most important issues that needs addressed. They are all members of the five-year planning committee and will continue to promote programs that will be beneficial for our Shrine.

I will do my best to see that Rajah Shrine continues to grow, support our hospitals and have fun while working together as a team to accomplish our goals.
